Wow. It's been a long time since I posted. Well, this will be my holiday catch up! We have had a great couple of months. Tayler is growing up so fast and he is so amazing. I love that I get to stay at home and hang out with my best little buddy. Let's get started. Our Halloween was typical for us....trick or treating at church and around town to Tayler's grandpas, grandmas, aunts and uncles. I made his flash costume this year (minus the cape) and he was super cute and I think he had fun dressing up. Even though it was freezing we enjoyed the night.
Thanksgiving was spent with my family this year and we enjoyed visiting with everyone! We had a wonderful allergy free meal and Tayler had so much fun with his aunties and uncles and grandparents. I did not take any pictures at Thanksgiving but I did find one that daddy took of Tayler and his great grandpa relaxing on the couch.

December was busy with shopping, cooking, christmas activities and family. I think this was the first year that Tayler understood Christmas and that made it extra special. I really enjoyed shopping for him and finding fun activities for us to do. We made cookies together and saw Santa three different times, once at the bank, the library and on the 1880s christmas train. I just think that holidays are special to Tayler because he gets to spend so much time with family. Christmas was spent mostly with daddys family and that meant that Tayler got to see his cousins. They are all getting to such a great age for playing and becoming friends. My favorite activity of christmas was taking a ride on the 1880s Christmas Train. We rode a real train through hill city sd and went to the north pole to pick up santa....where he boarded the train and gave gifts to all the kids. They had the train decorated for christmas and we ate cookies and hot cocoa on the ride. It was pretty special. I enjoyed watching Tayler experience it. He got all great gifts from everyone and had so much fun that he's been tuckered out for a week. Last we enjoyed our New Years Day with our tradition of sledding. It's been a wonderful holiday season!
Tayler is a curious, active, fun and amazing little boy. His favorite question right now is...."what's in a____??" I love answering them and I have to admit my little philosopher stumps me sometimes. If I stare at him long enough I know that I can see him growing. He has already outgrown all his 3T clothes that he got for his birthday and into 4T's now. He is just about ready to wear a size 11/12 in shoes, which is sooooo big. He sleeps so good and wakes himself up in the morning. He goes potty alone and is really close to dressing himself. He's silly and smart and super cute! Well that's about all I have for now. Thanks for following this blog and for being patient with me.
