23 Months

I love this age! Tayler is so much fun! Since my last post he has grown up so much. He is really beginning to "parrot" talk. He will try to say any word and pronunciates very well. It's so AMAZING to have a little person that walks and talks and does everything daddy and I do. I realize how lucky I am to stay home with my baby. It's such a blessing to be a stay at home mom. He weighs around 26 pounds and is so tall. He is wearing 2T clothes and size 9/10 shoes. Which is huge..lol. He LOVES cars. Matchbox cars and monster trucks are his new infatuation. He still loves puppies, trains and balls and being outside. But nothing gets him as excited as his cars. Which is why we are having a hot wheels birthday for him! Shhh its a secret! :-) We've had a great busy summer! Pools, vacations, friends and lots of family time. Tayler still eats amazing and loves food. We've had a couple allergy scares with him this summer. So we will be taking him to an allergist in a couple weeks. He ate a piece of a bar and his face swelled up and he had a severe allergic reaction to something that was in it. He also has the same issues with dairy and gluten that I have and he has daddy's environmental allergies. It's such a bummer that allergies are very genetic and Tayler got them all. I figured an allergist will help me get his allergies straight. But besides that he's healthy and growing up too fast. Around here we have a lot of fun and enjoy every day!  :-) Not much else to say other than we are busy with birthday preparations and getting excited for our favorite season; fall! We are also giving Tayler a room makeover for his birthday. His big boy room will be transportation themed. Enjoy the pictures!
