Big Moments!

Right after I posted that last blog, Tayler and I were playing and he rolled over! I put him on his tummy, turned around to grab something, turned back around and he was on his back! He's pretty cute and thinks that he's smart now that he can avoid tummy time altogether. lol. We were so excited! He's really started to gain weight and get stronger on his new formula. I am not used to a heavy baby with rolls...but it's pretty cute! He loves to sit up now and play like a big boy...he's very ticklish and he loves to slobber. He recently has started crying when someone he doesn't know holds him and if it's possible, his smiles are getting bigger. I had to do a total cleanout of his clothes because he has outgrown over half of them! Such a big, sweet boy we have! Here are some pictures!

5 Months

Today Tayler is 5 months old!! Time has gone by fast but I feel like I've been able to enjoy it and haven't missed a thing! I love being a stay at home mom! Tayler is doing great! His new formula has worked miracles with his skin and tummy issues. Praise God for that! At five months Tayler is developing a fun personality! He loves to smile and interact. He's beginning to act shy, which is really cute and loves to hug! Bath Time is still so fun for him! I can't wait until he can really play cause I think he will love it even more! He likes anything loud and bright (your thinking tvs right?) and chews on anything he can get his hands on! He loves doing everything with mommy during the day. (yes even vacuuming!) He also is really jumpy! If you walk into a room unannounced or talk really loud it scares him and he cries. He is a very happy, healthy, sweet little man! Here are some updated pictures!

Mr. Personality

Tayler is almost 5 months! Things are going well here at the Dunlap house. I think we finally found a formula that Tayler is not allergic to!! This is very exciting news. We have tried regular formula, sensitive formula and soy formula and none of those have worked. He continues to have a rash and just didn't seem like he was getting proper nourishment. Finally we have him on hypoallergenic formula. His rash has almost disappeared and he just seems happy and healthy. Granted it cost twice as much, but I suppose it is worth it! I pray that he grows out of his sensitivity and doesn't get my families issues of gluten and dairy intolerance.

Tayler loves to talk and laugh and play! Diaper changing is when he is the most vocal, which is funny because as a newborn he hated it. He loves reading and thinks that I turn the pages to slowly. He's cute. The cutest thing though is that he is developing a personality. He is scared of speaker phone. Whenever I have it on he stares at it, cries, stares at it, cries. It's really funny! I think that is an adorable thing to be scared of! Well, just wanted to update everyone. I don't have any picture today but will post some new ones soon!!
